Formals, galas, company parties, album releases, fundraisers, wedding weekends. Take both floors and you get two completely different environments under one roof — a seated lounge for the first half of the night and a full production room for the second.

One contract, one contact, one bar program across both rooms. Guests never leave the building and never wait in a second line.

Combined capacity: About 700 across both floors — up to 400 upstairs Confirm, about 300 downstairs including the patio
Production: 360 stage, 20 × 10 ft LED wall, house sound and lighting, CO₂ cannons
Bar: Hosted, cash, or a package — set a tab cap and we'll run to it
Branding: Your content on the LED wall and custom signage through both rooms
Nights available: Any night; Sunday and Monday easiest for a full buyout
Lead time: Three weeks preferred for a full-building date
